Q. What is a Landing Party? A. A Landing Party is a group of friends looking to enjoy STAR TREK: THE CRUISE™ IV  together!

Q. How do I become a Landing Party Leader? A. To become a Landing Party Leader you will need to secure your reservation onboard STAR TREK: THE CRUISE™ IV . If you make your reservation over the phone, simply inform the Reservation Specialist that you wish to be a Landing Party Leader. If your reservation was done online, you may email landingparty@ecpcruises.com to express your interest in becoming a Landing Party Leader.

Q. Who can join my Landing Party? A. New and past guests are welcome to join your landing party. Guests who sailed on STAR TREK: THE CRUISE™ III  (2019) are ineligible to join any landing party. Members must join at the time their reservation is created.

Q. I have a Landing Party Leader, how do I join his/her group? A. There are two ways to join a landing party. If you make your reservation over the phone, simply inform the Reservation Specialists that you wish to join a landing party. You will need to provide the first and last name of the leader. The name must match how it appears on their reservation. No “nick names” please! If you make your reservation online, you can email landingparty@ecpcruises.com and provide the first and last name of the leader. Your Landing Party Leader must be added at the time your reservation is created.

Q. Do I earn credit as a Landing Party Leader? A. Landing Party Leaders are rewarded based on the size of their Landing Party. Leaders receive $100 for every cabin reserved under their name. Any reservations under the Landing Party that sailed in 2019 are ineligible to receive compensation. Compensation can be rewarded in the form of a check or onboard credit. Checks will be mailed after the conclusion of the cruise. Onboard credit will be added to your reservation prior to the sailing. Onboard credit is non-refundable and any unused portion is forfeited after the conclusion of the cruise.

Q. As a member of a Landing Party, do I earn any credit? A. Every cabin that is affiliated with a Landing Party qualifies for $100 onboard credit for the 2020 sailing. The onboard credit will be added to your reservation at a later date. The onboard credit can be used towards the purchase of beverage packages, specialty dining, excursions, etc. Onboard credit cannot be used prior to the cruise. This includes the pre-purchase of autographs, photographs, excursions, beverage packages, etc. Onboard credit is non-refundable and any unused portion is forfeited after the conclusion of the cruise.
