Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT DOES MY AUTOGRAPH TICKET INCLUDE? Your autograph ticket can be redeemed for one signature from the actor on any item you provide. Please Note: photographs of celebrities during autograph sessions are not allowed.

WHAT DOES MY PHOTOGRAPH TICKET INCLUDE? Your photograph ticket is redeemable for one 8x10 full color print of you (and up to three guests) with that crew member. Photo pickup and reprint information will be made available onboard. We suggest giving some thought to your wardrobe - Tip - White does not photograph well and eyeglasses may result in a glare. Please note: autographs are not allowed during photo sessions.

HOW DOES THE TICKET REDEMPTION WORK? Each autograph and photograph requires one ticket. Autographs and photographs are divided into three categories: Gold, Silver and Bronze. The table above outlines which actor/actress is associated with each color. For example – an autograph with Jeri Ryan will require one Gold Autograph Ticket and a photograph with Roxann Dawson will require one Silver Photograph Ticket. Tickets are not labeled with a specific name, therefore, tickets may be redeemed for other actors within a given color category.

WHEN DO I PICK UP MY PRE-PAID TICKETS? When you get on the ship please pick up your pre-purchased autograph and/or photograph tickets in the CBS All Access Lounge (deck 5, forward). Tickets will be distributed there until 3:00PM. After 3:00PM please pick up your pre-purchased tickets at the Guest Services Desk (deck 5, aft). We highly recommend that you pick up tickets on embarkation day; there are photograph sessions scheduled the first evening of the cruise.

WILL ADDITIONAL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ONBOARD? Each crew member has a maximum autograph and/or photograph limit so some actors may be sold out. If space is available, tickets can be purchased by visiting the Photo Gallery (deck 3, aft). For specific hours please refer to the Daily Program. Applicable charges will be applied to your Royal Caribbean account.

I AM RECEIVING A COMPLIMENTARY PHOTO WITH KATE MULGREW, WHAT TICKET DO I NEED? Guests who receive the complimentary photo with Kate Mulgrew will receive a standard Gold Photograph Ticket. Please refer to times above for ticket pick up details.

I AM RECEIVING A COMPLIMENTARY PHOTO WITH THE VOYAGER CAST, WHAT TICKET DO I NEED? Guests who qualify for the complimentary photo with the Voyager Cast will receive one custom ticket per cabin only redeemable for this photo. The number of guests in the photo may not exceed the total number of guests residing in the qualifying cabin. The ticket will be marked with the number of guests in the cabin and will be verified prior to the photo taking place. Please refer to hours listed above for ticket pick up.

WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE AUTOGRAPH/PHOTOGRAPH SESSIONS TAKE PLACE? The schedule and location for all autograph/photograph sessions will be outlined in the Souvenir Program, which is distributed to guests upon boarding the ship. Please refer to the Daily Program delivered to your stateroom for schedule changes.

WHAT IF I MISS THE SCHEDULED TIME? Due to scheduling conflicts of the celebrities around the ship, autograph and photograph sessions are limited to the scheduled times. Refunds will not be given if you miss your scheduled time, but tickets may be used with different celebrities within a color category.

CAN I TALK TO THE CELEBRITY? Each actor has his/her preference. In some instances, brief conversations may be ok, but we ask that you are respectful of the celebrity and your fellow passengers by keeping the line moving.

CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL COPIES OF MY PHOTOGRAPHS? Additional copies of photographs are available for purchase by visiting the Photo Gallery (deck 3, aft). For specific hours please refer to the Daily Program.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY TICKETS? Tickets are non-refundable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
